Established in 1986 and managed by The Geelong Chamber of Commerce, the Geelong Business Excellence Awards recognises organisations that have achieved business excellence in the Geelong region. The Awards are the oldest continuously running business awards programs in Australia, and, as such, provide a significant recognition and celebration of business achievement and performance.
In 2019 we are delighted to continue our partnership with Deakin University, rated among the top universities in the world, as our naming rights sponsor.
We welcome and acknowledge our new and returning sponsors, some of whom have been involved in the Awards for more than 20 years.
Without their generous support. the Awards program would not be possible.
While the local business sector contributes significantly to the economic and social wellbeing of our community, the Awards provide an excellent opportunity to recognise and celebrate business excellence in the Geelong region.
Celebrate YOUR Journey
The Awards program concludes with one of the largest Gala Dinner Ceremony nights on the Geelong calendar. This Gala evening on Thursday 25 July will allow you and your staff to celebrate what it means to be considered among ‘the best of the best’ in the Geelong region.
By joining us on this journey, it allows you to take a breath, step back and enjoy just how far your business has come, reigniting your passion and focusing your direction.
The Awards would not exist without the support and contribution of our sponsors and judges. Our judging panel, which consists of experienced business leaders, also includes many past winners of the Awards.
The Awards process is one of the most time and cost effective, insightful and thorough forms of business development you will ever undertake. Learn what you need to do to take that next step and explore your business from an outsiders point of view and detail what truly makes you stand out from the crowd.
We hope you will join us on the journey to business excellence and recognition by entering the Awards.
